Job Objective:
Achieve sales targets by developing new business opportunities, acquiring new clients, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction across all sales interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Increase customer awareness of lighting products and their practical applications.
• Generate sales opportunities by identifying customer needs, presenting a wide range of products, explaining technical specifications, and providing suitable solutions and alternatives.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, ensuring the selection of the most appropriate products.
• Check stock availability and prepare customer orders in coordination with the After-Sales Service Department.
• Submit manufacturing requests to the After-Sales Service Department to initiate production processes.
• Follow up with customers regularly and conduct periodic field visits to introduce new products when required.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to ensure continuous fulfillment of customer demand.
• Track products sent for repair and ensure proper delivery back to customers.
• Provide regular technical explanations and updates on new products to clients.
• Conduct field visits to meet consultants and contractors, present products, and build strong relationships with engineering and consultancy firms.
• Deliver excellent customer service with a strong focus on customer satisfaction at all times.

Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
